In Jeju_So Hyun

We went to Jeju island for 3 days. Our class took the bus with Taryn. She was really fun.

 

First day, we went to 용두암. There ocean was very clean. We took a lot of Pictures

 May 15th, teacher's day, we had surprise party for our teacher. We acted like we were really fighting. she was very surprised. And we put cream on her face :)

 

We took a lot of pictures at 성산일출봉. The lawn was very wide. 

The last night of our trip, we had recreation. Some people were dancing, singing. They were cool!

And Taryn’s song was great!!

Leah’s Memory

In my school, we went to Jeju Island for 3 days. Some students were really excited about getting aboard a plane. On arrival we went to many beautiful places. There was a rock that seemed like a dragon, the horse park, and the beach.

 

But they are not what the trip was all about for me. My favorite thing was that I could be with my friends. We took a lot of pictures and talked about everything. Also we didn’t sleep well because we were playing games and kept talking till dawn. All of my friends were very tired on 2nd day.

But it was really fun. :)

 

 I think Jeju makes me relaxed. So I recommend you go to Jeju if you are tired.

Jeju Trip by Sally

For 2 nights and 3 days, I went to the Jeju Island. It was very exciting.

First, I saw yougdoam and touched salty water and took pictures with my friend.

And we went Sungsan Mountain; we did just a little climb, because I was so tired.

But one of my friends kept climbing the mountain, finally, she go up to the summit.

At the hotel, we took a shower first, ate pizza, and gathered in the big room and talked about things.

It was really fun. We enjoyed the 2 nights.

This trip was fantastic and very fun. 

I will never forget this trip~~~^^

Nice, but not extremely fun!

I've been to Jejudo several times with my family and also for a field trip when I was in elementary school.

After getting the schedule list for this trip (in Chung-dam high), I was disappointed that I'd have to go the same places that I had already been to.

When I told my friend about it, she said that 'Well, I'm not the same person that you've been to Jejudo together, so it wouldn't be the exact same trip!'

And, yes! as my friend said, it wasn't the same trip even though I went to the same place. Me and my friends had took pictures and shared each others’ impressions about the Cheon-ji-yeon water fall or the houses in the folk village that we went on the last day (which I thought the words of the conversations was pretty mature compared to when I was in 6th grade chitchatting about the same thing.) Also I learned card games such as Uno and One card and played all night. 

It was nice at the hotel. It felt like having a short break rather than a trip. 

School Trip to Jeju (by Grace)

On May 14th, we flew to Jeju. We saw many things like Yongdoam, Cheonjeyeon waterfall, Seongsan and the sea.

It was fun but also tiring. I was sick on the first day, so I was on the bus all the time.

But it was a really fun time at Jeju. At night, we had a fun time in our hotel. We ate cup noodles and pizza.

I didn't eat breakfast  because I got up late. I stayed up until 5 a.m.

The second day, we had a contest. Many students danced and sang. Taryn, Mr. Nam, and Mrs. Kim sang the song "Mamma Mia."

Jeju was hot and windy. There are no factories, so their environment is clean and not polluted.

Hello.

My name is so-hyun. I'm 17 years old. I'm in first grade at cheong-dam high school.

I think my high school life is very interesting.  And I like all the teachers and students. I always try to put a smile on while in the school.

My favorite subject is Korean history. I want to be a teacher.

I enjoy listening to music. Also, I like to go to the singing room with my friends.

When I have break time, I usually take a nap.

I'm fan of BIGBANG. BIGBANG is one of the popular singers in Korea. They are my life model because they are hard working men. In addition, their songs are very good. When I listen to their music, I feel very excited. I recommend going to their concert. Their concert is so fresh, so cool.

There are 4 people in my family: my father, mother, older brother and me. My family is warm-hearted.

my name is MJ. i'm 16 years old. i go to cheongdam high school.

i really love to eat all kinds of food, but most of all, i like sushi!

i like to take pictures. my uncle gave  me a camera for being admitted to high school. it's  a canon D450.! I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!! 

i'm also learning japanese. it really exciting. and l'm learning art too. it is hard but drawing is always fun.

i want to go to a japanese university.one day, if i go to japan i will meet my friend, stella! and invite my friends from korea!!♥

my favorite  singer is kinki kids in japan. they are not children! kkkkk their songs are all coool!!!!!!!!!!!! they just have 2 members. especially tsuyoshi is good at art, and he has such  good fashion.

Hello. I'm Leah. My Korean name is Ga-hyun Oh.

I'm 17 years old and a first grader of chung-dam high school. My favorite subject is Science, because Science is really interesting. I want to be a scientist.

However, I don't like English because I'm not good at. I want to speak English very well. So I joined this club, 2E★.

I like all Korean foods. They are really really really delicious and good for your health. I don't like fast food like hamburgers or pizza. But if I have these, I eat with my friends sometimes. :)

My hobby is watching English Drama. I watch Heroes, House(doctor), and recently Gossip Girl.

I like BIGBANG very much. Their songs are really nice and good. And they are so funny. G-dragon is a leader of BIGBANG who made a lot of their songs. He is a rapper, singer and producer.

I hope that you listen to their songs. I'm sure you'll like them.

Hi~ My name is Lee Jae Rin and my English name is Stella.

Well... I'm 1-11 and now I'm really tired. But the really sad thing is I don't know why I'm tired NOW!!!

Anyway, my favorite singing group is Japanese. Their name is ARASHI. Actually, Kinki kids, too.

ARASHI is made up of 5 people and their average age is maybe 26.5.

Of the members of ARASHI, the best member's name is Sakurai Sho. OH~~ Now-a-days I like Aiba Masaki, too.

He is an ARASHI member, too. Hahaha

Next, I want to work in broadcasting. So, my intended University is Yonsei Univ. Because at this university, they have a curriculum of media. I want to study Media.

my korean name is bo-jung kim.  I'm a first grader in chungdam high school. I think school is good, except for the cafeteria 

my favorite subjects are english, science(especially chemistry, biology), music. first of all, english; their pronouncation,  I like it. second, science, when I go to the university, I want to learn about it. and last music, when I was little I learned piano for 10 years. so when I feel stressed out, sometimes I play piano. 

And my favorite drama is Grey's Anatomy

I've been watching it since last summer vacation, because someone said it's very fun. so when I saw the first season, I thought it's a very interesting drama. Right now  I'm waiting for new episodes

And my dream, actually I want to study in the US. so I should try to do that.

What's Seoul Like?

Writing Assignment #1: In your groups, describe what Seoul is like to someone who has never been here.

Seoul is a capital city, and has many shopping malls. The shopping malls are really crowded because of many customers.

There are also many cars so that causes traffic jams. It has many delicious and spicy foods, and a beautiful night view. The most important part is Seoul has S.K.Y Universities, so there are many academies and also many things to do for entertainment.

Seoul, the capital city of Korea, might be dirty, crowded and have no stars because many cars causes dirty smog. But it has a good subway system and beautiful night views of the Han River. Also it has many delicious foods, shopping malls and churches. And many handsome guys (and pretty girls) live there. Plastic surgery is common, so, there are many plastic surgery clinics in Seoul.

But Seoul is good to live.

Seoul is dizzy, noisy, crowded, and has smog. But it is really convenient and nice. Also, there are many tall buildings and shopping centers. It has a beautiful night view. There are a lot of handsome men and they have good fashion sense. Korean men are very kind and well mannered.

Seoul is the capital of Korea; Korea’s soul.kkkkkkkkkkk

Seoul is very convenient, because there are many shopping malls, there is good transportation and there are important buildings like the 63 building, city hall, etc.

An important feature of Korea is the Han river that crosses Seoul, because people can exercise and see a beautiful night view there.

However, there are many cars, so the sky is dark. Seoul’s environment is dirty.

And there are a lot of traffic jams, so it’s very confusing. 

But Seoul is Good!!!!!!!!

Oh yeah!!!

Dokdo is Korea’s island.
